摘 要:目的:运用德尔菲法构建冠心病患者多元文化护理健康教育方案。方法通过查阅文献资料、半结构式访谈患者及临床预调查,初步构建冠心病患者多元文化护理健康教育方案框架的条目内容,采用德尔菲法对17位专家进行两轮咨询。结果经过两轮咨询后,两轮专家积极系数为100%,专家权威程度0.840(〉0.7),最终确定的多元文化护理健康教育方案包括10个一级指标、34个二级指标、96个三级指标。结论本研究结果可靠,具有科学性,形成的方案具有创新性、实用性,可以为冠心病患者实施个性化的与其文化相一致的健康教育提供依据和参考。Objective To establish multicultural nursing health education program for coronary disease patients based on Delphi technique. Methods By referring to document literatures, conducting semi-structured interviews and clinical pre-survey on patients, the frame contents of multicultural nursing health education program for coronary disease patients were preliminarily established. Delphi technique was used two-round consultation of 17 experts. Results After the two-round consultation, the active coefficient of experts was 100%, and the degree of specialist authority was 0. 840 ( 〉0. 7). It was finally determined that in the multicultural nursing health education program, 10 first-class indexes, 34 second-class indexes and 96 third-class indexes were included. Conclusions The research result is reliable and scientific. The program established is innovative and practicable, which may provide basis and references for performing health education that is both individualized and consistent with the proper culture for coronary disease patients.
