摘　　要：火力发电厂冲灰管结垢是普遍存在问题,冲灰管除垢有机械法、化学清洗法和加阻垢剂法,分析了其优缺点;冲灰系统防垢,在冲灰水回收水管使用絮凝处理技术,冲灰管使用特种防垢钢塑复合管,这两种方法结合可较好的解决火力发电厂冲灰管结垢问题。Thermal power plant ash tube fouling is a common problem. Ash pipe descaling with mechanical method,chemical cleaning method and the method of adding scale inhibitors,analyzed their advantages and disadvantages; Antiscale ash system and the ash water recycling water pipe using flocculation treatment technology,ash pipe using special antiscale steel,plastic pipe,union of the two methods can better solve thermal power plant ash tube fouling problem.
