摘 要:随着炼化企业氢气需求量的不断扩大,在企业生产运行中的作用越来越重要,对氢气系统进行在线监测和调度优化成为企业寻求环境效益和经济效益的重要方法。某石化企业开发的氢气系统监测和调度优化系统,主要功能包括氢气系统在线监测、氢气成本在线核算、操作优化指导、氢气系统调度优化等。在线操作优化指导以氢气系统总体经济效益最大化为目标,通过调整各加氢装置新氢及循环氢量,同时考虑低品质重整氢的利用,降低煤制氢装置供氢量,实现氢气系统的实时优化指导。氢气系统监测与调度优化系统使氢气调度业务从"事后调度"发展到"事前调度",从"定性调度"发展到"定量调度"。降低了氢气成本,提高了氢气利用率和装置单元性能监测准确率,减少了污染物排放,为企业安全、平稳生产提供技术保障。As hydrogen demand from refining companies and the role of hydrogen in these companies' operation increase ,optimizing the online monitoring and scheduling for the hydrogen system has become an important approach for a refiner to pursue environmental and economic benefits.The main features of the hydrogen system monitoring and scheduling optimization system developed by a petrochemical company include online monitoring of hydrogen system, online hydrogen cost accounting, instructions on operational optimization and hydrogen system scheduling optimization.The online instructions on operational optimization is targeted at maxi- mizing the overall economic efficiency of the hydrogen system and achieves instructions on optimization of the hydrogen system in real time by adjusting the volumes of fresh hydrogen and circulating hydrogen in hydrogenation units,having regard to the utilization of low-quality reformer hydrogen,and reducing the supply of hydrogen to the coal-to-hydrogen unit.The hydrogen system monitoring and scheduling optimization system evolves the hydrogen scheduling work from "post-event scheduling" to "pre-event scheduling" and from "qualitative scheduling" to "quantitative scheduling".The benefits of the system include a decline in hydrogen cost, an increase in hydrogen utilization rate and the accuracy of monitoring individual performance of a unit,a decline in pollutant emissions and a technical guarantee for safe and stable production.
