摘　　要：从文化生态学理论视角出发,以山西省地方高校为例,研究高校校园文化的外部和内部建设.结合高校实际,充分认识到地方高校办学定位的重要性,理顺高校产学研和地方经济企业发展的关系,坚持地域特色文化和校园精神文化的相结合,最终实现地方高校校园文化特色性和可持续性的良好发展.Campus culture construction in local universities will influence not only the local talent training but also the local economic and cultural development.From the perspective of cultural ecology,the cases in the local universities of Shanxi province are applied to explore the theoretical orientation for university management,the industrial-academic collaboration between universities and local enterprises,and the relationship between the distinctive local culture and the university campus culture.
