摘　　要：美国发布的国家安全战略、海上安全战略,着眼于当前与未来之间的路径选择,是战略实施和修改的选择过程,是一种动态性的国家规划。美国全球布局下的亚太海上安全战略是美国国家安全战略思想和原则指引下的产物。冷战结束以来,美国就亚太海上安全战略发布过一系列的政策报告和文件,奥巴马总统执政以来更新了美国的国家安全战略和亚太海上安全战略,尽管战略文件接连发表,但是其目标就是依据最新的国际和地区局势变化,修订或设计如何维护美国的海洋霸权。The US National Security Strategy and Maritime Security Strategy focus on the current and future path choice~ is a selection process based on strategic implementation and modification, and is also a dynamic state planning. The US Asia-Pacific Maritime Security Strategy is a product resulted under the guidance of the principle and thought of the US National Security Strategy Since the end of the Cold War, the US once published a series of policy documents and reports concerning the maritime security strategy in the Asia Pacific region; President Obama＇s administration has updated the US national security strategy and the Asia-Pacific maritime security strategy. Although the strategy documents are issued frequently, the objective is to amend or design on how to maintain the US maritime hegemony on the basis of the latest changes in the international and regional situation.
