旋翼式水表的仲裁检定与误差分析

摘　　要：水表作为涉及民生的国家强制检定的计量器具,因其准确度引起的计量纠纷通常涉及到仲裁检定。使用中水表的计量偏差与供水水质、构件装配不当、零部件的磨损、安装方式等多种因素有关,文中总结了仲裁检定过程中出现的计量偏差情况及其产生的原因,并归纳出仲裁检定需要注意的事项。针对水表检定装置自动化水平不高的现状,提出了采用视频采集系统、电磁阀控制、水位传感器等技术创新措施,以有效避免人为误差、提高检定效率。Water meter is as involving people＇s livelihood of national compulsory verification of measuring instruments,caused by its accuracy disputes measurement usually involves arbitration verifi cation.Water meter in use can appear metrological deviation,metrological deviation be related to the water quality of water supply,component of wear parts,Improper assembly component,and other factors.This paper summarizes the arbitration verifi cation in the process of metrological deviation and its causes,and conclude the arbitration test matters needing attention.In view of the situation of water meter prover automation level is not high,using video acquisition system was put forward,solenoid valve control,water level sensor and other new technology innovation measures,in order to effectively avoid human error and improve the metrological verifi cation effi ciency.
