摘  要:我国空气污染问题日益严重,造纸工业气体排放也引起各界广泛关注。本文对一家废纸制浆造纸厂的空气成分进行采集并分析,以该厂的六个采样点空气为检测样本,分析其中的挥发性有机物、甲醛、硫化氢及烃类物质的含量。另外,以活性炭吸附法采集其中四个点的空气样品,并以二氯甲烷作为解析剂,进行气相色谱-质谱分析。检测结果显示,在纸机湿部及工程中心办公室分别检测出高浓度的挥发性有机物及烃类物质。以二氯甲烷为解析剂,在采样点检测出酚类、烷烃类有机物。本文对造纸厂污染气体成分进行了分析,以期为造纸工业空气污染物的检测及治理提供参考依据。In the study,the concentrations of four potential compositions of gaseous pollutants,TVOC,HCHO,H_2S,and C_xH_y,in the ambient air from six sampling sites of a secondary fiber paper mill were detected; and furthermore,the compositions of VOCs from four sites were analyzed by active sampling method,following desorbed with dichloromethane,the detailed substances of VOCs were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) method. The results revealed that,the high levels of TVOC and C_xH_y were detected at the wet end of paper machine and the office area,respectively. Additionally,phenols and alkanes were detected in all the sampling sites in the paper mill. For the sake of pollution control,determining the gas pollutions in the pulping and papermaking process is necessary and of interest for the future researches.
