摘　　要：志愿服务精神发端于人类悠久的慈善文化和慈善救助行为,迄今为止已成为许多国家中的社会保障体系和社会公益事业的重要组成部分。对我国青年志愿服务中的传统文化蕴含的慈善思想进行梳理,志愿服务的精神同传统慈善思想具有一脉相承的关系;论述我国青年志愿服务的发展历程,总结青年志愿服务最具影响、最有成效的活动;探讨慈善法助推青年志愿服务的进一步发展,主要体现在发展的空间更加广泛、活动更加规范、措施更加完善、气氛更加浓厚等方面。originating from the longstanding human philanthropic culture and charitable relief practices, the volunteer service spirit has become the important element of the social security system and social programs for public good in many countries up to now. According to the analysis of the charitable thought implied by the traditional culture in the youth volunteer service in China, the volunteer service spirit has connections, which derive from the same origin, with traditional charitable thought. The article discusses the history of development of youth volunteer service in China, summarizes its most influential and most effective activities. The study on further development of youth volunteer service boosted by the charity law is mainly embodied in the following aspects, such as more spacious development, more normative activities, more perfect measures and more profound atmosphere.
