摘 要:目的:研究金银花、连翘及其不同比例配伍下抗多药耐药性的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MDR-MRSA)的总活性组分,探讨配伍与单味药在抗MDR-MRSA的总活性组分上的区别及意义。方法:将单味药及不同比例配伍后的药材分别用水和不同比例乙醇进行提取,将各提取物采用微量稀释法进行体外抗菌实验,确定最佳提取方法及配伍比例,确定最优抗MDR-MRSA的总活性组分。结果:金银花抗MDR-MRSA的最优总活性组分为50%乙醇提取物,MIC(minimal inhibitory concentration)为7.819 mg/mL,MBC(minimal bactericidal concentration)为7.819 mg/mL,连翘抗MDR-MRSA的最优总活性组分为水提取物MIC为1.965 mg/mL,MBC为1.965 mg/mL,金银花和连翘配伍使用后抗MDRMRSA的最优总活性组分为金银花、连翘2:8配伍,水提取物,MIC为0.978 mg/mL,MBC为0.978 mg/mL。结论:连翘抗MDR-MRSA的活性优于金银花,但二者配伍使用的作用优于单味药。Objective :The total active componems of anti multidrug resistance methicillin resistant staphylococ- cus aureus ( MDR - MRSA) of honeysuckle, forsythia and different combinations were studied. The signifi- cance of the difference between the combination and single herb in the total activity of anti MDR - MRSA was discussed. Methods :The single herb was extracted with water and different ratios of ethanol, and two drugswere combined with different proportions. The extraction was performed by micro dilution method in vitro anti- bacterial test to determine the best extraction method and ratio and the total activity of the anti - MDR - MRSA optimal set. Results : The anti MDR - MRSA activity of honeysuckle group was divided into 50% ethanol ex- traction. Its MIC was 7. 819 mg/mL and MBC was 7. 819 mg/mL. The anti MDR - MRSA activity of forsythia suspensa total group was divided into water extraction . Its MIC was 1. 965 mg/mL and MBC was 1. 965 mg/ mL. The anti MDR - MRSA activity propotion of honeysuckle and forsythia extraction was 2:8. Its MIC was 0. 978 mg/mL and MBC was 0.978 mg/mL. Conclusion : The activity of forsythia in anti MDR - MRSA was better than that of honeysuckle, but the compatibility is better than the single drug.
