摘　　要：现代科学认为精液液化异常是影响男性不育的重要因素之一,当下社会生活节奏快,压力大、熬夜、生活不规律的人群越来越多,加上复杂的社会环境和家庭因素等原因,此类人群中焦虑抑郁患者普遍增多,脾气暴躁、易怒、喜乐无常等提示肝脏功能可能受损。同时研究表明,这些人群因种种原因能够获得妊娠的容易程度普遍偏低。肝与肾不仅在生理病理上密切相关、在阴阳学说、五行学说、经络学说上也紧密相连。大多医家认为精液液化异常病位在肾,与肝脾密切相关,因此认为在精液液化异常的诊治中要着重考虑肝肾相关,从而为从肝肾相关论治精液液化异常提供新的诊疗思路。Modem science argues that abnormal semen liquefaction is one of important factors that affect male infertility. The social life rhythm is fast and more and more people run into higher pressure, irregular life, com- plex social environment and family factors. At the same time, the study shows that these people can not obtain an easy degree of pregnancy due to various reasons. Liver and kidney are not only closely related to the physi-ology and pathology, but are also closely connected with the theory of Yin and Yang, the five elements and the theory of meridians and collaterals. Most physicians believe that semen abnormal liquefaction in kidney disease is closely related to the liver and spleen. According to the above, the author thinks that the liver and kidney are related to the diagnosis and treatment of the semen liquefaction. These provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of abnormal semen liquefaction from the liver and kidney.
