针刀治疗顽固性网球肘35例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀治疗顽固性网球肘的临床疗效。方法:将70例符合纳入标准的顽固性网球肘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例,治疗组采取针刀法治疗,对照组采取局部封闭治疗,1个疗程后,观察两组患者VAS评分总疗效的变化并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率优于对照组,治疗组在改善VAS积分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀治疗顽固性网球肘有较好临床疗效,在缓解网球肘疼痛方面优于封闭疗法。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of needle - knife therapy for tennis elbow. Methods：70 patients with intractable tennis elbow were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. 35 ca- ses in the treatment group were treated by needle -knife therapy, and the control group was treated by partial closed treatment. After one course, observe the patients＇ VAS score and the changes of the total effectiveness for statistical analysis. Results：After treatment, in the treatment group the total effective rate was superior to that in the control group, and in the treatment group the improvement of VAS score was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion：Needle - knife therapy for patients with intractable tennis elbow has a significant effect, which is better than the closed therapy for relieving tennis elbow pain.
