摘　　要：目的:确定适合家兔组织中地克珠利提取方法。方法:比较了甲醇及乙腈沉淀法、乙酸乙酯萃取法、DMF及乙腈联合沉淀法提取家兔血浆中地克珠利的效果。结果:采用DMF及乙腈联合沉淀法时,浓度与响应值线性关系好,且提取回收率>85%。结论:DMF及乙腈联合沉淀法适于提取家兔组织中的地克珠利。Objective：To establish the extraction method of diclazuril in rabbit tissue. Method： Compared themethod of methanol/acetonitrile precipitation, the extraction method of ethyl/acetate, the DMF/acetonitrile precip-itation method.Results： When we used DMF/acetonitrile precipitation method, it was proven to be linear betweenthe concentration and the response value, and the recovery of diclazuril was found to be greater than 85%. Conclu-sion：DMF/acetonitrile precipitation method is suitable for the extraction of diclazuril in rabbit plasma.
