摘　　要：目的:了解西藏农牧区贫困人口卫生服务需要与利用情况,为改善农牧区贫困人口医疗卫生服务提供科学依据。方法:在西藏自治区采用分阶段随机整群抽样方法抽取237户居民进行入户式问卷调查,了解家庭一般情况、个人基本情况和卫生服务需要与利用情况,分析影响贫困农牧民卫生服务需要与利用因素。结果:被调查贫困农牧民两周患病率为22.6%,慢性病患病率为28.6%,两周就诊率12.9%,排在前两位的未就诊原因为两周前就医遵医嘱持续治疗中(占60.3%)、自感病轻(占6.4%)。因病住院率为5.8%,应住院未住院率为2.3%。结论:西藏农牧区贫困人口两周患病率和慢性病患病率高,自我健康意识较低,医疗卫生资源相对匮乏,医疗服务水平有待进一步提高。Objective To know about the needs and utilization of health service among poor Tibetan farmers and herdsmen,in order to improve health service in the village and herding areas of Tibet autonomous region. Methods We chose 237 households with grading random cluster sampling and carried out door--to--door questionnaire survey in the Tibet autonomous region to obtain general household information, basic information about family members and health service needs as well as utilization,and then analyzed the influence factors. Results The prevalence rate of two weeks, morbidity of chronic diseases and outpatient rate of two weeks were 22.6% ,28.6% and 12.9% ,respectively. The first two reasons for not consulting a doctor were still in the period of prescribed treatment（60.3 % ）and feeling not seriously i11（6.4%）. The hospitalization rate was 5.8%, and the rate of patients who should be hospitalized but were not was 2. 3~. Conclusions There are high morbidities of two weeks and chronic diseases among poor population in Tibet agricultural and pastoral areas who have low health awareness. And there is a lack of medical resources in Tibet agricultural and pastoral areas where health service needs to be further improved.
