摘  要:利用前期获得的转植酸酶基因PhyA棉花新材料,分析其在低磷土壤条件下的纤维品质及黄萎病抗性。结果发现:受体品种‘农大94-7’转基因株系的纤维伸长率、马克隆值、平均长度、纤维长度、成熟度与对照存在显著差异,比强度与对照差异不显著;受体品种‘农大棉7号’转基因株系纤维整齐度、平均长度与对照存在显著差异,而伸长率、马克隆值、比强度、短纤维率、成熟度与对照差异不显著,且转基因株系纤维品质在世代间存在一定程度的一致性。同时发现,‘农大94-7’、‘农大棉7号’转PhyA株系黄萎病病株率和病情指数均显著低于对照。综合分析各株系纤维品质与黄萎病抗性,结合其产量性状表现,筛选出1个(G2)耐低磷优良新品系。In our previous study,some transgenic cotton lines with phytase gene PhyA were obtained,and the ability to utilize organic phosphate under hydroponic and vermiculite culture were demonstrated.The aim of this study was to analyze the differences of these transgenic lines on fiber quality characteristics and resistances to Verticillium wilt.The analysis of fiber quality characteristics of‘Nongda 94-7'transgenic lines(T5)showed that the fiber elongation,micronaire value,mean length,fiber length,maturity index were different from the control,while the fiber strength showed no difference.Meanwhile,fiber mean length and uniformity of‘Nongdamian 7'transgenic lines(T5)were also different from the control,while the elongation,micronaire value,fiber strength,short fiber index and maturity index had no difference from the control.In addition,the fiber quality traits of T6 transgenic lines were partly similar to those of T5 lines.The analysis of transgenic lines on Verticillium wiltresistance showed that the disease rate and disease index significantly decreased when compared with the control,which indicated that the resistances of transgenic lines to Verticillium wiltwere significantlyimproved.Finally,base on the yield,fiber quality and resistance of different transgenic lines,one elite cotton line,named G2,was selected.
