摘 要:本文以2年生紫丁香苗木为试材,研究了不同浓度的NaCl和Na2CO3胁迫对苗木根系质膜ATP酶(PM-ATP ase)和EIS的影响,探寻EIS参数与PM-ATPase之间的相关性,并建立了估算模型,及对模型进行了验证。其中胞外电阻率(re)与PM-ATPase活性呈极显著负相关,相关系数是-0.959,是估测盐碱胁迫处理后紫丁香根系PM-ATPase活性最佳参数,其最佳估测模型为y=-0.0124x3+1.1659x2-36.267x+385.35。研究结果为EIS技术快速评价盐碱胁迫下紫丁香根系的PM-ATPase活性及耐盐碱性具有一定的借鉴意义。The 2years old seedlings of Syringa oblata Lindl.were used to study the root plasma membrane ATPase activity and electrical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)under the NaCl and Na2CO3 stresses in different concentrations,and their correlation was analyzed.The model of plasma membrane ATPase activity and electrical impedance parameter in roots of Syringa oblata Lindl.seedlings were established according to the correlation coefficient,and were then verified.The results showed that the extracellular resistance(re)had a very significant negative correlation with PM-ATPase activity,with a correlation coefficient of-0.959,which was the optimal parameter for estimating root PM-ATPase activity of Syringa oblataLindl.after the salinity-alkalinity stress.The best estimation model was y=-0.0124x3+1.1659x2-36.267x+385.35.The results have a certain reference significance for fast evaluating the PM-ATPasevariation and salinity-alkalinity resistance of SyringaoblateLindl.seedlings' roots under the salinity-alkalinity stress by using EIS technique.
