摘 要:通过监测狼尾草植株的形态指标,研究了多效唑对狼尾草生长及抗倒伏的影响。结果表明:灌施多效唑显著影响了狼尾草的株高、冠幅与节间长度,而对叶片长与宽影响不显著。与对照相比,浓度为300,400mg/L多效唑能有效抑制株高,施用后40d分别较对照降低28.7%,33.6%,之后抑制作用减弱;冠幅随多效唑浓度的增高呈降低趋势,20d及之后400mg/L多效唑对冠幅的影响显著,300mg/L多效唑处理40d时的冠幅与对照相比差异显著;狼尾草基部节间长度随多效唑浓度的增高呈降低趋势,多效唑对基部第2节间长度影响最大,200,300,400mg/L多效唑处理的节间长度分别较对照降低了34.6%,54.7%,66.5%。随着多效唑浓度的提高,狼尾草植株倒伏比例减少,倒伏程度降低。施用300~400mg/L多效唑,能有效提高狼尾草抗倒伏能力。The effects of paclobutrazol(PP333)on growth and lodging resistance of Chinese pennisetum(Pennisetum alopecuroides)were studied by measuring the morphological indices.The results showed that the plant height,crown size and internode length of Pennisetum alopecuroides were significantly affected by the fertigation of PP333,which showed no significant influence on leaf length and width however.For 40 days of applying PP333 the plant height of Chinese pennisetum could be restrained effectively by 300 and 400mg/L PP333,reducing by28.7% and 33.6% respectively compared with the control group,after which the inhibiting effect became weaker.The crown size decreased with the increase of PP333 concentration.400mg/L PP333 had a significant influence on crown size after 20 days,but the crown size that under the treatment of 300mg/L PP333 had a remarkable difference with the control group only on the 40 th d.Basal internodes length of Chinese pennisetum decreased with the increasing concentration of PP333.The second basal internodes length was greatly influenced by PP333 and re-duced by 34.6 %,54.7 %,66.5 %respectively,under the treatment of 200,300,and 400mg/L PP333 compared with the control group.The lodging ratio of Chinese pennisetum plants decreased with the increase of PP333 concentration.Therefore,300~400mg/L PP333 can effectively improve the lodging-resistance capability of Chinese pennisetum.
