摘  要:本研究通过滴鼻免疫新途径免疫猪支原体肺炎活疫苗168株,与肺内免疫组及对照组进行比较,来确定滴鼻免疫猪支原体肺炎活疫苗(168株)的免疫保护力。将20只猪随机分为肺内免疫组、滴鼻免疫组、健康对照组和攻毒对照组。定期观察和检测各组猪免疫后的临床症状。结果表明:滴鼻免疫组免疫后,猪群体温正常,无免疫引起的局部或全身不良反应,免疫途径安全可行;滴鼻免疫组和肺内免疫组与健康对照组相比,SIgA水平显著升高,差异极显著(P<0.01),但滴鼻免疫组与肺内免疫组相比,差异不显著。流式细胞仪检测显示CD4+数值未发生显著性变化。肺脏剖检评分显示滴鼻免疫组的肺脏的病变水平与攻毒对照组相比呈极显著降低(P<0.01),保护率达到60%,相对低于肺内免疫组100%的保护率。猪支原体肺炎活疫苗(168株)通过滴鼻免疫方式,可以产生较好的免疫保护力。The study was designed to evaluate the immune response in pigs administered with Mycoplasma hyoneumoniae(Mhp)‘168vaccine'by the intranasal route.We evaluated the immune response by measuring the mucosal immunity,cellular immunity and lung lesion score.Twenty pigs were randomly divided into four groups(five pigs/group).The first group was vaccinated with the attenuated Mhp strain‘168vaccine'by intrapulmonic route,the secondgroup by intranasal route,the third and fourth groups were set as healthy and challenge controls respectively.Following vaccination,the clinical symptoms,temperature,levels of specific secretory IgA(SIgA)antibodies in the respiratory tract and T-Lymphocyte CD4+in sera were investigated.The lung lesions of the pigs in all groups were scored on the 70 th day of post-inoculation(DPI).The results showed that the intranasal immunization was safety and feasible as the temperature was normal and there were not clinical or systemic adverse effects observed.The level of specific secretory IgA(SIgA)antibodies in the groups vaccinated by intrapulmonic and intranasal routes were higher(P〈0.01)compared to the healthy control,and there were no significant differences between the two groups.The lung lesions were decreased(P〈0.01)in vaccinated groups compared to controls,and the protection rate of the intranasal administered group was 60%,which was lower than that of the intrapulmonic administered group which reached to 100%.In conclusion,the administration of attenuated Mhp ‘168strain'vaccine by intranasal route could produce effective immune response.
