摘  要:目的探讨精氨酸兴奋实验(AST)与标准馒头餐实验(SBMT)对胰岛β细胞功能的评价。方法选取118例住院的2型糖尿病患者行SBMT和AST,评价胰岛β细胞功能,评估AST的安全性、有效性及临床应用价值。结果SBMT和AST各时间点血糖水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),但AST各时间点血糖水平均低于SBMT(P<0.001)。AST胰岛素曲线下面积、胰岛素均值、峰值与SBMT胰岛素曲线下面积呈正相关性。结论对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能方面的评价两者具有一致性,且AST具有血糖波动小、简单易行、安全性更好的特点。Objective To investigate the standard bread meal test and the arginine stimulation test in evaluating beta cell function. Methods 118 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were carried out arginine stimulation test and standard bread meal test to evaluate the function of islet β-cell. Moreover, the safety, the efficiency and the clinical value of arginine stimulation test were estimated. Results For each time point, there were differences of blood glucose between standard bread meal test and arginine stimulation test (P 〈0. 001 ). However, the blood glucose changes of arginine stimulation test were lower than those of the standard bread meal test(P 〈0. 001 ). In- sulin area under the curve, mean value, peak value of arginine stimulation test had positive correlation with insulin area under the curve of the standard bread meal test. Conclusion The results of arginine stimulation test are con- sistent with those of standard bread meal test. Furthermore, the arginine stimulation test shows a superiority to as- sess islet function of type 2 diabetes patients, suggesting it has advantages such as less impact on blood sugar, sire- pler operation and more safety.
