摘　　要：纵览MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology,麻省理工学院)的发展历程,她从未自我标榜为创业型大学。可是,MIT却被誉为世界上第一所成功的创业型大学。究其原因,正在于MIT广泛设立了各种创业服务机构,并且注重科技成果转化工作;同时,这些工作为社会创造了巨大的财富,自己也登上了学术世界的巅峰。我国学习西方成功创业型大学的经验,离开这些工作与成效,都谈不上真正的学习与借鉴。In spite of the fact that she has never labeled herself as an entrepreneurial university throughout its development,MIT was hailed as the first successful entrepreneurial university in the world. The following are possibly the reasons： MIT widely set up various business services and paid attention to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements; when these transformations have created a huge wealth in society,she has boarded the peak of the academic world. If we intend to learn from western university＇s successful entrepreneurial experience,it is of no real learning and reference without these work and accomplishments.
