常规方法联合中药口服并外敷治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨常规治疗和常规治疗联合中药口服并外敷治疗糖尿病足的溃疡面愈合情况和踝肱指数。方法 ：选取2008年5月-2015年5月我院收治的糖尿病足患者90例,按随机数字表法分为常规治疗组（A组）和常规治疗联合中药治疗组（B组）,对比两组溃疡面愈合情况和踝肱指数。结果：83例患者完成随访,A组41例,B组42例,平均随访12.3个月。B组溃疡愈合总有效率和踝肱指数均高于A组,P〈0.05。结论：常规治疗联合中药口服并外敷治疗糖尿病足,临床疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the differences of ulcer surface repair and clinical curative effect between the conventional method and the conventional method combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and external application in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods： From May 2008 to May 2015, 90 patients of diabetic foot treated in our hospital were divided into conventional treatment group （group A） and conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group （group B） according to the random number table, observed the curative effect and surface repair of ulcer after the treatment. Results： There were 83 cases of patients completed the follow-up study, 41 cases in group A, 42 cases in group B, patients were followed up for 12.3 months in average. Ulcer surface healing and ankle brachial index showed that the efficacy and ulcer surface repair in the conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were better than in the conventional treatment group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of the conventional method combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and external application in the treatment of diabetic foot is remarkable.
