优质综合护理干预Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨优质综合护理干预对Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎（CAP／CPPS）患者的临床效果。方法将在本院泌尿外科门诊就诊的（CAP／CPPS）98例患者按照数字表法随机分为两组。对照组49例给予常规治疗与基础一般护理；观察组49例则在对照组基础上给予患者优质综合护理干预，并比较两组的临床效果。结果两组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分均显著下降（P〈0．05），而观察组患者SAS、SDS评分较对照组下降更为明显（P〈0．05）；两组NIH—CPSI评分较护理前均显著降低（P〈0．05），而观察组NIH—CPSI评分较对照组下降更为明显（P〈0．05）；观察组护理满意度为97．96％明显高于对照组的79．59％（χ2=8．2947，P〈0．05）。结论Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者的优质综合护理干预可以有效的改善心理状态，提高患者的预后并改善患者症状，改善患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis （CAP/CPPS）. Methods 98 cases of CAP/CPPS in urology clinic of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method. 49 cases in control group were given conventional treatment and basic general nursing, 49 cases in observation group were given high-quality comprehensive nursing intervention based on control group. And compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased in both two groups after nursing （P〈0.05）, and those in observation group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. NIH-CPSI score significantly decreased in both two groups after nursing （P〈0.05）, that in observation group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （97.96% vs.79.59%;χ 2=8.2947, P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological condition, the symptoms, the prognosis, the quality of life of patients with typeⅢ chronic prostatitis.
