摘 要:目的探讨百令胶囊联合甲泼尼龙治疗儿童急性间质性肾炎的临床疗效及对患儿尿白蛋白(ALB)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平的影响。方法急性间质性肾炎患儿70例随机分为对照组与研究组,每组35例。研究组采用百令胶囊联合甲泼尼龙治疗,对照组仅采用甲泼尼龙治疗。两组治疗时间均为4周。对比分析两组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前后尿ALB和β2-MG水平、血清BUN和Scr水平变化及用药期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(68.57%)(P〈0.05);治疗后尿ALB、β2-MG水平变化两组患者较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.05);治疗后尿ALB、β2-MG水平研究组低于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗后血清BUN和Set水平变化两组患者较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.05);治疗后血清BUN和Scr水平变化研究组低于对照组(P〈0.05);在用药期间两组患儿均未出现严重药物不良反应。结论百令胶囊联合甲泼尼龙治疗儿童急性间质性肾炎的临床疗效明显,且可明显降低患儿尿ALB和β2-MG水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsules combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with acute interstitial nephritis (AIN) and its effect on urinary albumin (ALB),β2- microglobulin (MG) levels. Methods 70 children with AIN were randomly divided into control group (n=35) and study group (n=35). Study group was given Bailing capsule and methylprednisolone, while control group was given methylprednisolone alone. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Compared the total effective rate, urinary ALB, β2-MG levels, the changes of serum BUN and Scr levels before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment course in both groups. Results The total effective rate in study group (91.43%) was significantly higher than that in control group (68.57%) (P〈0.05). After treatment, urinary ALB,β2-MG levels in both groups significantly decreased (P〈0.05), and urinary ALB,β2-MG levels in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05); serum BUN and Scr levels in both groups significantly decreased (P〈0.05), and serum BUN and Scr levels in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment course. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Bailing capsules combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment ofchildren with AIN is striking, which can significantly reduce urinary ALB, β2-MG levels.
