摘　　要：从基金筹资、保障范围、定点医疗机构管理、费用结算及承办机构管理五个角度,对湖北省17个市(州)推行的城乡居民大病保险制度(以下称大病保险)进行剖析,归纳出当前湖北省大病保险的特点。在此基础上,提出大病保险发展过程中存在的问题,并给出相关建议,以期为各地推行大病保险工作提供借鉴。From the aspects of fund financing, insurance coverage scope, appointed medical institutions management, expenditure settlement and administrating institution management, It analyzed the urban and rural residents＇ catastrophic disease insurances of 17 cities in Hubei and summarized the characteristics of the current catastrophic disease insurance in Hubei. On this basis, it put for- ward the existing problems in the development process of catastrophic disease insurance and give relevant suggestions, so as to provide references for other places to carry out the catastrophic disease insurances.
