摘　　要：目的:分析目前CT、MRI设备在医疗机构中的等候现状。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,从全国东、中、西部6个省份选取了部分医疗机构作为研究样本。结果:共有12家三级医院纳入了本次研究,共计55 930例患者进行CT、MRI检查。CT检查的等候时间是2.4小时,MRI是20.1小时。结论:CT、MRI的检查等候时间因就诊类型、地理位置和检查部位不同而存在较大差异,CT、MRI在三级医疗机构中的等候现象较为普遍,而MRI设备的等候现象更为明显。Objective： To analyze the current waiting situation of CT and MRI examination services in medical institutions. Meth- ods： Convenience sampling was used to select hospitals from 6 provinces located in eastearn, central and western China. Results： The study sample covered 12 tertiary hospitals, including 55 930 cases of CT and MRI examinations services. The waiting time for CT examinations was 2.4 hours, while the median waiting time for MRI scans was 20.1 hours. Conclusion： There were significant variation in waiting time for CT and MRI scan services across patient styles, location and inspection parts. Waiting situation have be- come quite common in tertiary hospitals, especially in MRI examination services.
