摘 要:干式空心电抗器匝间过电压试验已被诸多标准所认可,由于在1min内完成数千次放电,获取这种匝间过电压非常困难,有必要对此开展研究。探索一种基于可控放电技术的匝间过电压产生方法。试验研究表明,可控放电能够实现球隙在大间隙低电压下击穿,即使在高次重复放电条件下也不会造成球隙异常放电,能够解决靠球隙自然放电时击穿电压下降和幅值不稳定的问题。电路分析也能证实,放电相位与试验设备工作电流密切相关,合理的相位控制可以降低设备制作成本。基于这项技术成功研制了一台匝间过电压试验设备,能够得到幅值稳定的匝间过电压波形,并能有效地辨别电抗器匝间短路故障。研究结果表明:采用可控放电技术产生匝间过电压的必要性。The turn-to-turn over-voltage test is a recognized standard method,which is used to test the insulation of turn-to-turn for dry-type air-core reactor.Because of completing thousands of discharges within one minute,it is difficult to get such a turn-to-turn over-voltage.This paper quested a method of producing turn-to-turn over-voltage based on controllable discharge tech-nique.The test results show that controllable discharge technique can realize the ball-gap break-ing down under a long-gap and low-voltage.Even though under high-times repeated discharging conditions,it also can't make the ball-gap abnormal discharge.Meanwhile,this method can solve the problems of breakdown voltage decrease and amplitude unstable when ball-gap natural dis-charge.The analysis of circuit confirms that discharge phase is closely related to the equipment working current,and reasonable controlled phase can reduce the equipment production costs.It successfully developed a turn-to-turn over-voltage test equipment based on this technique,which can produce stable amplitude turn-to-turn over-voltage waveform,and can effectively distinguish reactor's turn-to-turn short circuit faults.The results of study show that it's necessary to adopt controllable discharge technique to produce turn-to-turn over-voltage,and can be implemented.
