摘  要:同塔四回输电线路由于具有明显的经济性和社会效益而被广泛使用,但对供电可靠性要求较高,因此选择合理的检修方式显得尤为重要。该文推导不停运线路对停运线路检修的影响机理,当220kV/110kV同塔四回输电线路中220kV I回线路停电检修时,利用ATP-EMTP软件分析计算3种不同停电检修方式下流经作业人员身体的电流大小。结果表明:同时悬挂接地线和个人保安线能够有效降低流经作业人员身体的电流。并分析典型作业位置的危险率和体表场强对220kV/110kV同塔多回输电线路耐张塔带电作业可行性,表明各典型工况下带电作业危险率均满足规程要求,并指出:为满足安全防护的要求,作业人员需至少穿屏蔽效率为43.08dB的屏蔽服。Because of obvious economic and social benefit,220 kV/110 kV four-parallel lines on the same tower has been widely used,but its requirements for power supply reliability are high-er,thus a reasonable maintenance mode selected is particularly important.Firstly,the influen-cing mechanism of the non-outage lines on the maintenance of outage lines was derived.When 220 kV line I of 220 kV/110 kV four-parallel lines on the same tower was on power-off maintenance, the current flowed through the worker was analyzed by ATP-EMTP in three maintenance meth-ods.The analysis results show that hanging temporary grounding wire and personal security line at the same time can effectively suppress the current flows through the worker.The feasibility of live working on 220 kV/110 kV four-parallel lines on the same tower was also analyzed.The anal-ysis results show that the risk rate of live working under some typical working conditions meets the requirements of regulation,and the safety protection requirements can be met for the workers who wear screening clothes with at least 43.08 dB screen efficiency.
