摘 要:拆解是液压缸再制造过程中的重要工序,科学的拆解设备能够有效地保证再制造液压缸的性能、几何精度,并显著缩短再制造周期,降低再制造费用。根据工程机械用液压缸的结构特点和装配工艺设计了一种工程机械用液压缸拆解台方案。该液压缸拆解台主要由拉伸液压缸系统、活塞杆拉伸系统、机架及导轨系统、活塞杆及缸筒支撑系统、锁紧螺母拆卸系统和缸筒拉伸系统等部分组成,分析表明,该拆解台能够提高液压缸拆解效率并大大降低拆解过程中的损坏概率。Hydraulic cylinders disassembly is an important process in their remanufacture so that pieces of scientific disassembly equipment can effectively ensure function and geometric precision of the remade cylinder,while evidently minimizing remake cycles and reducing the remake cost.Therefore,we had to design a program to build a worktable for disassembling hydraulic cylinders used in the working machinery according to structural features and fitting process of such cylinders.The worktable consists mainly of push-pull systems for the cylinder and the piston,a frame and a rail system,a support system for the piston rod and the cylinder tube,as swell as lock-nut removal system and a push-pull system for the cylinder tube.Analyses show that this disassembly worktable can by far increase the disassembling efficiency while decreasing possibility of worn cylinders during the breaking down operation.
