摘　　要：针对我国自然灾害和事故灾害频繁发生,而目前我国的主要工程机械救援设备体积大,质量重,行驶速度缓慢,不能快速机动、高效地展开救援的现状,提出研发一种可空运空投,应急机动性好,可在作业场地狭小、地形复杂、作业内容变换频繁的场合,完成抢险、抢修以及货物搬运等多种作业功能的应急保障工程车——多功能快速应急救援工程车。从研发内容、主要技术指标、技术方案、研究方法和工艺技术路线等方面进行研发方案探讨。This idea has been raised in consideration that the major pieces of rescue equipment for working machines at site are at present of large volume,heavy mass,and slow travel speed,beyond the target as a multi-function and high speed maneuverable rescue vehicle for working machines at the job-site.Such an research and development concept for the emergency rescue vehicle has beforehand to go investigation into elements of the research and development project,major technology indicators,technology concepts or programs,research methods,process routes and so on.
