扶正培本汤联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察扶正培本汤联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组20例来氟米特,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组30例扶正培本汤(黄芪12g,白术、生地各15g,杞子10g,鸡血藤15g,全虫3g,桑寄生15g,木瓜12g,刺五加15g,淫羊霍、骨碎补各10g,地龙8g),隔日1剂,水煎400m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗36周为1疗程。观测临床症状、证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访9个月,观测复发例数及复发时间。[结果]治疗组临床缓解18例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对照组临床缓解8例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组9例复发,对照组12例复发,(χ2=4.43,P=0.035<0.05)。复发时间治疗组(17.56±5.54)周,对照组(10.58±5.16)周,(t=4.483,P=0.00004<0.01)。[结论]扶正培本汤联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effect of FZGBT combined with leflunomide for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. [Method] Use random, parallel controlled trial design, 50 out-patients were randomly divided into two group according to registration order. 20 cases in control group administrated LEF 10 mg po. qd. 30 cases in treatment group taken the decoction of FZGBT （Huang Qi 12g Bai Zhu 15 g Sheng Di 15 g Qi Zi 10 g Ji Xue Teng 15 g Quan Chong 3 g Sang Ji Sheng 15 g Mu Gua 12 g Ci Wu Jia 15 g Yin Yang Huo 10 g Gu Sui Bu 10 g Di Long 8 g）, deeoct in 400 ml, 1 dose on alternate days. , morning and evening temperature for lsecond; Western medicine in treating as same as the controls. Each course of treatment Lasted 36 weeks. Observe the clinical symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom score,adverse reactions.The curative effects was evaluated after a courses of treatments . After 9 months＇ follow-up, Observe the recurrence cases and time. [Result] The Clinical remission of treatment group 18 cases, 8 cases of effective and ineffective in 4 cases, total effective rate 86.67%, The symptom of control group are mitigated 8 cases, 4 cases effect, 9 no effect, the total effective rate 60.00%, treatment group is superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. 9 recurrent cases in treatment group,and 12 in control group, 0（2=4.43, 19=0.035〈0.05）. The recurrence time of treatment group was （17.56 ± 5.54） weeks,and the control group was 10.58 ± 5.16 weeks, （t=4.483, P=0.00004〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The FZGBT from the joint treatment of RA, obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect, symptom curative effect, no severeadverse effect was encountered, and worthy of promotion.
