摘　　要：岳仁宋教授认为黄褐斑肝、脾、肾功能失调乃发病核心,肝郁、肝虚、肾虚为主要病机,瘀为基础病理产物,夹杂气血失调、冲任失调、络脉不利、经筋气血不通、浊阴沉积等,多以疏肝理气,滋养肝血,益气补肾,滋补肾精,活血化瘀为治法。虽古代医家有脾虚致斑之论述,然当今鲜有单从脾论治或以脾为重点论治者。岳仁宋教授创立黄褐斑方(党参、茯苓、生白术各15g,蜜甘草5g,当归15g,川芎10g,鸡血藤、首乌藤、薏苡仁各30g,牡丹皮、熟地黄、生白芍各15g,醋柴胡、薄荷各10g),益气、养血、培土三法共用,标本兼治,四君子汤为基础,补益脾气;重用薏苡仁,健脾利湿;强调用药施治固然重要,亦不可忽视良好生活节奏,祛除诱因。附验案一则。Professor SONG Renyue thinks tawny spot liver, spleen, kidney function disorders but the core of onset, stagnation of the liver qi and deficiency of the liver and kidney is the main pathogenesis, blood stasis is the pathological basis of product, mixed with blood disorders, Chong and Ren disorders, adverse collaterals, the band blood barrier, turbid Yin deposition, with soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of Qi, nourishing the liver blood, kidney qi, nourishing the kidney essence, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis therapy. SONG Renyue created by Chloasma Fang （Codonopsis, Poria, Atractylodes 15 g, honey licorice 5 g, angelica 15 g, 10 g chuanxiong, suberect spatholobus stem, vine of muhiflower knotweed, coix lacryma jobI kernel 30g, tree peony bark, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba 15 g, vinegar bupleurum, peppermint each 10 g）, three Qi, nourishing and moulding method shared, specimen and cure, Sijunzi Decoction based, replenishing temper; reuse of Coix seed, invigorating spleen to remove dampness; emphasize drug treatment is no doubt important, also can not ignore the rhythm of life, eliminate the incentives. A test case.
