郭恩绵通淋方联合尿感灵治疗尿路感染

摘　　要：郭恩绵教授认为尿路感染系外感湿热、饮食不节、七情内伤、先天不足或久病劳伤,乃湿热之邪蕴结下焦,膀胱气化不利。湿热毒邪蕴结于下焦,阻于州都,膀胱气化失司,水道不利而发为小便滴沥涩痛之淋证;湿热浊毒久蕴不除,上侵于肾,小便滴沥涩痛,腰痛、发热、恶寒、头身痛、皮肤紫斑隐隐等热毒入里,弥漫三焦,热毒侵入营血。临证郭老多辨证分期,急性期为湿热壅滞下焦,治以清热利湿通淋,自拟通淋方,扁蓄、瞿麦、滑石、石韦、车前子、栀子、黄柏、双花、连翘、土茯苓、白花蛇舌草、苦参等;慢性期为急性尿路感染反复发作,久治不愈,湿热之邪上行伤及肾气,肾虚邪恋,虚实夹杂,治以扶正祛邪并举,自拟尿感灵,老头草20g,石韦10g,茜草15g,黄柏10g,土茯苓35g,猪苓10g,金钱草30g,狗脊、党参各20g,白术15g。附劳淋(脾肾两虚,湿热内蕴)验案一则。Professor GUO Enmian thinks urinary tract infections due to exogenous heat, improper diet, impassioned internal injuries, injured workers deficiencies or chronic illness, leaving the damp heat evil accumulation coke, bladder gasification negative walls. Acute period of hot and humid Yongzhi coke, treatment with heat and dampness Tonglin, Tonglin decoction, flat storage, Qumai, talc, Shiwei, plantago, gardenia, cork, double flowers, forsythia, soil Fuling, diffusa, Sophora, etc.; of acute and chronic recurrent urinary tract infection and permanently, damp heat evil hurt upstream kidney, kidney evil love, false is mixed, in order to uphold the rule of both, Niaoganling, old grass 20 g, Shiwei 10 g, madder 15 g, Treats 10g, soil Fuling 35 g, Polyporus 10 g, money grass 30 g, Woodwardia, Codonopsis 20 g, Atractylodes 15g. Attached labor leaching （spleen and kidney deficiency, damp） cases.
