新生化颗粒联合米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察新生化颗粒联合米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组28例米非司酮50mg/次,2次/d,口服,服药前后均需空腹2h。治疗组28例新生化颗粒2袋/次,2次/d,热水冲服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、阴道流血,血β-h CG、宫内异常占位回声、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率96.43%;对照组显效10例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率89.28%;两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。阴道流血停止时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]新生化颗粒联合米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] Observation of the efficacy of new biochemical particles combined with mifepristone in the treatment of intrauterine residual after induced abortion. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number of the hospital. In the control group, 28 cases of mifepristone 50mg/times, 2 times/d, oral, before and after taking the drug fasting 2h. The treatment group of 28 cases of Xinshenghua granule 2 bags/time, 2 times/d, with hot water; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 7d. Observation of clinical symptoms, vaginal bleeding, blood beta -hCG, intrauterine abnormal echo, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment, determine efficacy. [Result]In the treatment group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.43%; the control group was 10 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 89.28%; there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The treatment group was shorter than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] New biochemical granule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of artificial abortion intrauterine residue, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting
