醒脑静+安宫牛黄丸联合常规西药治疗中风痰热内闭清窍随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察醒脑静+安宫牛黄丸联合常规西药治疗中风痰热内闭清窍疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例常规对症治疗,脱水、降颅压、防治脑水肿、营养脑细胞等。治疗组34例醒脑静20m L+5%葡萄糖/生理盐水250m L,静滴,1次/d;安宫牛黄丸(牛黄、水牛角浓缩粉、麝香、珍珠、朱砂、雄黄、黄连、黄芩、栀子、郁金、冰片等,3g/丸,院内自制)1丸,温开水化后鼻饲;常规对症治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效14例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率91.18%;对照组显效10例,有效11例,无效13例,总有效率61.74%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]醒脑静+安宫牛黄丸联合常规西药治疗中风痰热内闭清窍,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effect of Xingnaojing plus Angong Niuhuang Pill combined with conventional symptomatic treatment of stroke phlegm heat closed orifices effect. [Methods] 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random parallel control. Control group of 34 cases of conventional symptomatic treatment, dehydration, reducing intracranial pressure, prevention and treatment of brain edema, nutrition, brain cells, etc. Treatment group （34 cases） of Xingnaojing 20mL＋5% glucose injection in the/physiological saline 250mL, IV drip, QD; Angong Niuhuang Pill （bezoar, water buffalo horn powder concentrate, musk, pearls, cinnabar, realgar, coptis, Scutellaria, gardenia, turmeric root tuber, borneol, etc, each pill 3g, hospital homemade） 1 pill, with warm water after feeding; conventional symptomatic treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 10d. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Treatment of 1 courses of treatment, determine efficacy. [Results] in the treatment group, 14 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.18%. In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 13 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 61.74%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Angong Niuhuang Pill combined with conventional symptomatic treatment of phlegm heat in closed orifices, the curative effect is satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
