摘　　要：糖尿病肾病系阴亏津伤,燥热外盛,阴虚为本,燥热为标,水肿是多脏腑病变造成,消渴日久,阴损及阳,脾肾衰败,水湿潴留,泛滥肌肤;病因病机及分型尚未达成共识;中医药治疗在缓解临床症状同时,降低各种危险性理化指标,延缓疾病进展和减轻疾病损伤程度,提高生活质量;以分期辨证、单味中药及其提取物、专方治疗为主。治疗重复性有待验证,期待运用现代医学手段系统筛选、整理,尽量实现中医药治疗糖尿病肾病标准化。Diabetic kidney yin Jin injury, outside hot Sheng, Yin-based, hot as the standard, edema is a disease caused by multiple organs, diabetes failing, sinister and yang, spleen and kidney decay, moisture retention, flooding the skin; pathogenesis machine and typing is no consensus; Chinese medicine treatment in relieving symptoms while reducing the risk of various physical and chemical indicators, slow disease progression and reduce the extent of damage the disease, improve quality of life; by installments syndrome, and its single herb extracts, special prescription therapy. Treatment repeatability to be verified, expect the use of modern medical means system filtering, sorting, try to achieve standardization of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
