摘　　要：目的 通过对某企业职业人群高尿酸血症患病率的调查,探讨高尿酸血症与心血管病危险因素的相关性,为职业人群健康管理提供理论依据。方法 采用流行病学横断面研究方法对北京市、河北省唐山市、张家口市某企业18岁~60岁员工身体健康状况和生活方式进行了随机、分层、整群抽样问卷调查和体格检查。结果 某企业员工高尿酸血症患病率为22.7%。收缩压、舒张压、低密度脂蛋白、BMI平均值和吸烟、饮酒的发生率在血尿酸正常组和高尿酸血症组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多因素Logistic回归结果显示性别、年龄、不锻炼、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与高尿酸血症呈正相关（P〈0.05）,教育程度、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与高尿酸血症呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论 某企业职业人群高尿酸血症比例较高,高尿酸血症与心血管病危险因素有关,对高尿酸血症职业人群进行健康管理具有重要的公共卫生意义。Objective To explore the correlation of hyperuricemia with cardiovascular risk factors through surveying the preva- lence rate of hyperuricemia in occupation population of a certain enterprise, so as to provide evidence for health management of occupational personnel. Methods A cross - section study was carried out in Beijing, Tangshan, and Zhangjiakou, and strati- fied, unequal proportional, cluster sampling as well as the physical examination were adopted to investigate occupation popula- tion aged 18 - 60 years of a certain enterprise. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia of the personnel in an enterprise was 22.7%. The differences of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, low density lipoprotein, BMI average and smoking, the incidence of alcohol consumption in the serum uric acid between the normal group and hyperuricemia group were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. But the multi factor Logistic regression showed that gender, age, no exercise, low density lipoprotein cholesterol were positively correlated with hyperuricemia（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the education degree, high density lipoprotein cholesterol was negatively correlated hyperuricemia（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The proportion of hyperuricemia is high in the personnel of a certain enterprise, and the risk factors of hyperuricemia and cardiovascular disease are related, so the health management has important public health significance for the occupational personnel with hyperuricemia.
