摘  要:就皮江法炼镁工艺提出采用蜂窝煤式盘料取代传统桃核状团料的改良技术及配套改进措施;对采用蜂窝煤式盘料的还原反应进行了分析,应用端面积相当的圆板缩芯模型和体积相当虚拟圆筒柱缩芯模型合成法导出其宏观动力学模型,证明较传统团料可明显缩短还原时间;提出对还原料造型的优化措施。采用本技术可增大还原罐装料量,改善罐内热能分布和还原效果,缩短还原时间,提高单罐产量、降低吨镁成本,改善经济效益。In this paper improved technique of Pidgeon process and associated improvement measures are introduced which the traditional briquette in Pid- geon process is replaced with honeycomb plate material. The reduction reaction of honeycomb plate material is analyzed. The macro kinetic model is de- rived from the shrinking core model synthesis method, which are a circular plate shrinking core model of equivalent end area and virtual cylinder column shrinkage core model of equivalent volume. Comparing with the traditional process, the improved technique can shorten the reduction time and the optimi- zation measures of raw material modeling are put forward. Using this technology can increase the charge of reduction retort, improve the distribution of heat energy and reducing effect, shorten the reduction time, improve the yield of unit retort, reduce the cost of per ton of magnesium and improve economic efficiency.
