摘  要:斗轮堆取料机工况复杂、结构大型化,对其主要结构的设计验算需要借助于分析软件。本文通过对堆取料机工况的分析,将堆取料机在复杂工况下的受力情况简化成一系列特殊的受力点,并借助于有限元分析软件ALGOR对堆取料机门座进行分析仿真,从而得出堆取料机在工作过程中门座结构的受力情况,确定危险部位。ALGOR在设计制造过程中起到辅助作用,对其它大型钢结构的有限元分析提供借鉴。Because the working condition of Bucket wheel Stacker Reclaimer is complex and large - scale structure, the design calculation of its main structure need the aid of analysis software. By analyzing the working condition, the force of the complex working conditions is simplified as a series of special points, the gantry of Stack- er Reclaimer is analyzed and simulated by analysis software AIZ;OR, then, the force conditions of gantry of Stacker Reclaime is drawn to confirm the dangerous parts, during the working process. ALGOR played a supplementary role in the process of designing and supplying reference for finite element analysis of other large steel structure.
