摘  要:目的:建立建青黛的超高效液相色谱指纹图谱的鉴别方法,并将其运用于不同产地青黛药材的鉴别。方法:采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,1%冰醋酸-甲醇梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速0.3m L·min-1,检测波长255nm,对10批建青黛药材和8批其他省产地青黛药材进行测定,记录指纹图谱并作相似度比较分析。结果:建立了建青黛药材的专属性指纹图谱,确定14个共有峰。10批建青黛指纹图谱相似度均超过0.98,建青黛与其它产地青黛比较相似度低于0.25,结果差异明显。结论:该方法重复性好,简便可靠,可用于青黛的专属性鉴别,有效区别建青黛与其它不同产地青黛药材的化学性质。Objective:To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Indigo Naturalis that from Fu Jian and distinguish it from other sources. Method:UPLC procedure was performed on a ACQUITY BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)analytical column gradient eluted with methanol-1%formic acid at the flow rate of 0.3 m L·min-1.The temperature of column was 30 ℃.The PDA detection wavelength was 255 nm. The fingerprints of 10 batches of Indigo Naturalis and eight batches from other sources were carried out by similarity comparison. Results:A specificity fingerprint chromatogram was produced and 14 common peaks were designated. The similarity degrees of 10 batches of Fu Jian Indigo Naturalis samples were above 0.98,and there were apparent differences in fingerprint between Fu Jian and other sources Indigo Naturalis.Conclusion:It is a reliable and available method for specific identification of Indigo Naturalis and distinguishing Fu Jian and other sources of Indigo Naturalis.
