摘  要:为在理想渗透压(360mOsm/L左右,接近等渗)和酸碱度(pH6.9左右,接近中性)条件下筛选出鸡精液稀释液较好的物质组成和相互配比,试验将三种糖(蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖)、两种磷酸盐(磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钠)、三种有机盐(柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸钠、柠檬酸钾)及EDTA共9种物质配成A、B两组共六种鸡精液稀释液,稀释精液(1:4,v/V)低温(O~5℃)保存,观察糖类和钾离子对鸡精液有效存活时间和有效生存指数的影响。结果表明:①A组中A3的保存效果最好(P〈0.01),A2居中,A1最差(P〈0.01)。B组中B3保存效果最好(P〈0.01),B2居中,B1最差(P〈0.01)。就3种糖而言低温保存效果依次为葡萄糖〉果糖〉蔗糖;②A组稀释液低温保存效果总体优于B组,稀释液中含有过多的钾离子就会降低鸡精液的低温保存效果。To select good composition and proportion of each other of chicken semen diluent under the condition of ideal osmotic pressure (about 360 mOsm/L,near isotonic)and pH value (pH 6.9,nearly neutral) , the experiment used three types of sugar including sucrose, fructose and dextrose, two kinds of phosphate including potassium dehydrogenate phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate, three kinds of organic salt including sodium citrate, sodium glutamate and potassium citrate,and EDTA. The 9 kinds of substances were divided into two groups (group A and group B) of six chickensemen diluents (l:4,v/v)storaged at low temperature (0 to 5 ℃),and observed the effect of carbohydrates and potassium ions on the survival time and survival index of chicken semen. The results showed that: ()A3 in group A was the best (P〈0.01) and effective survival time and survival index were (96.50+1.00) h and (68.27+0.62) respectively,then came A2, A1 was the worst (P〈0.01). The B3 preservation effect in group B was the best (P〈0.01),the effective survival time and survival index were (85.17±11.02) h and (58.96±8.41) respectively, then came B2, B1 was the worst (P〈0.01). The effect of the order from good to poor for three kinds of sugar was glucose, fructose and sucrose. (2)The effect of low temperature preservation of group A was better than group B. Diluents contained too much potassium could reduce the effect of chicken semen with low temperature preservation.
