摘  要:试验旨在对六层层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍冬季环境质量进行测定与分析,以期为蛋鸡层叠式笼养环境控制提供参考依据。以六层层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍为研究对象,使用环境智能监控系统、粉尘采样器和测氧仪每天6:00~8:00、12:00~14:00和18:00~20:00对鸡舍水平和垂直方向上不同位置的环境质量参数(温度、相对湿度、光照强度、CO2浓度、风速、粉尘浓度和氧气含量)进行测定。结果表明,在采取侧窗进风、纵向通风的模式下,六层层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍冬季平均温度、相对湿度和风速分别为19.18℃、58.75%和0.12m/s,空气中平均二氧化碳浓度、粉尘浓度和氧气含量分别是2477.22mg/m33.27mg/m3和20.23%,不同测定点之间环境质量存在差异。下层H0.6m、H1.3m和H1.9m测定点的温度显著低于上层H3Hm。和H4.4m的温度(P〈0.05),上层的相对湿度显著低于下层(P〈0.05)。上层的光照强度低于下层的光照强度(P〈O.05),上层H3.1m、H3.8m和H4.4m测定点的二氧化碳浓度和粉尘浓度显著高于下层(P〈0.05)。相关分析结果表明,冬季鸡舍内温度与相对湿度呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01),与二氧化碳浓度、氧气含量极显著正相关(P〈0.01);风速与温度、相对湿度和二氧化碳浓度呈负相关。The environment quality of enclosed layer house with six overlap tiers cages in winter was investigated in order to provide references for environment quality of layer production. The intelligent monitoring system,dust sampler and oxygen detector were employed in the experiment to measure the environment quality(temperature,relative humidity, light intensity, CO2 concentration, air velocity,dust concentration and oxygen content)horizontally and vertically in anenclosed layer house with six overlap tiers cages. These data were collected during the period of 6:00 to 8:00, 12:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 20:00 every day in winter, respectively.The results showed that the average values of temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, carbon dioxide concentration, dust concentration and oxygen content of enclosed layer house with six overlap tiers equipped with the longitudinal ventilation system in winter were 19.18℃,58.75%,O.12m/s, 2477.22 mg/m3, 3.27 mg/m3 and 20.23%,respectively. The environmental quality parameters of different measuring points were different in the experimental layer house. The temperatures of lower measuring points of H0.6,,,H1.3m, and H1.9m were significantly lower than that of the upper measuring points of H3.3m and H4.4m (P〈0.05).The relative humidity and light intensity of the upper measuring points of H3.3m, H3.3m and H4.4m were lower than that of the lower measuring points of H0.6m, H1.3m, and H1.9m (P〈0.05). However,The carbon dioxide concentration and dust concentration of the upper measuring points ofH3.1m、H3.8mand H4.4m were lower than those of the lower measuring points of H3.1m、H3.8m and H4.4m(P〈0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that,the temperature showed significantly negative correlation with relative humidity (P〈0.01). There was significantly positive correlation between temperature and carbon dioxide concentration and oxygen content (P〈0.01).The air velocity and temperature was negative correlated,relative humidity and concent
