摘　　要：通过对省内干线波分系统的问题分析引出OTN技术,并对其核心内容电层技术、光层技术、业务封装、性能监控等进行了介绍。阐述了OTN网络规划的基本要素,根据其技术特点及组网要求制定了山西联通干线传输网的应用方案,对网管日常维护内容及维护人员的技能要求进行了详细分析。OTN技术将在省内干线传送网上得到广泛应用。This paper induces the OTN technology from the analysis of provincial trunk wavelength division system, and introduces the core contents including the electric layer technology, optical layer technology, packaging operations, performance monitoring. It describes the basic elements of the OTN network planning. According to the technical characteristics and networking requirements, it draws up Shanxi Unicom trunk transmission network application program, and analyzes the network maintenance and maintenance personnel skill requirements in detailed. OTN technology will be widely used in provincial trunk transmission network.
