摘  要:以某公司富铼渣双氧水浸出液为原料,对N235萃取分离铼钼过程中有机相组成、相比、酸度、温度、时间、萃取级数对铼钼分离过程的影响进行了研究,探索了N235萃取分离铼钼的最佳工艺。实验结果表明,N235浓度为10%、ROH浓度为40%、O/A为1∶10、酸度为1.5 mol/L、温度为室温、时间为5 min、萃取级数为3级时,铼钼分离效果最好。在此条件下,铼萃取率为99.35%、钼萃取率为5.52%,分离系数为2 616.11,有着良好的铼钼分离效果及高的铼提取率。With the leaching solution of a rhenium bearing slag by hydrogen peroxide as raw material, the impact of various factors in process of extracting rhenium and molybdenum by using N235 had been indepth investigated.The factors such as organic phase composition, O/A, acidity, temperature, time and extraction stage were studied to research the best techniques of extracting and separating rhenium and molybdenum. The optimum extracting conditions were obtained from experiments as follows:the concentration of N235 was 10%, the concentration of ROH was 40%, O/A was 1:10, the acidity was 1.5 mol/L, temperature was room temperature, time was 5 minutes, extraction stage was three. Under the above conditions, the extraction rate of rhenium can reach 99.35%, molybdenum can reach 5.52 and the separation coefficient is 2 616.11, having a good effect of separating rhenium and molybdenum.
