开放灵活的广电网络云平台模式探讨

摘　　要：广电网络运营商进行平台建设往往采用烟囱式的模式,它具备快速上线的优点,但也存在着基础资源综合利用率不高、开展融合型业务困难、合作方引入门槛较高等缺点,而割裂的技术体系更是让各个广电网络运营商之间很难互联互通。以云计算理念打造开放的云服务平台,通过开放服务能力增加平台的业务灵活性,从而降低业务创新成本,是一种值得探讨的平台建设思路。Radio and television network operators often use the chimney model to construct the platform. It has the advantages of fast on-line, but there are also the disadvantages as following. The comprehensive utilization rate of basic resources is not high. It is not easy to do the converged business. The threshold for cooperation parties＇ introduction is high. The segregated technology system makes it very difficult to allow the different radio and television network operators to interconnect each other. Therefore, an idea of the cloud service platform is worth discussing and probing for platform construction. Through opening platform service capabilities, it could increase the business agility so as to reduce the cost of innovation.
