摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平葛根总黄酮对爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响。选择健康1日龄AA肉鸡275羽,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复11羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加10、50、250、1 250 mg/kg葛根总黄酮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)10 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的平均日增重在8~14日龄、15~21日龄和29~35日龄时均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),但在22~28日龄时显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);250 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的平均日增重在8~14日龄时显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。10 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的料重比在15~21日龄、29~35日龄和36~42日龄时显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),但在22~28日龄时显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。各组AA肉鸡的平均日采食量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。2)与对照组相比,10 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡胸肌、腿肌的亮度(L*)值显著降低(P〈0.05),红度(a*)值有升高趋势但差异不显著(P〉0.05);250 mg/kg添加组腿肌亮度值显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);50 mg/kg添加组胸肌、腿肌的黄度(b*)值均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,250、1 250 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的胸肌剪切力显著降低(P〈0.05);250 mg/kg添加组的胸肌水分含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加10 mg/kg的葛根总黄酮可提高AA肉鸡的生长性能,但添加250 mg/kg的葛根总黄酮可改善肌肉的色泽和嫩度。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary different level of Puerarin flavonoids on growth performance and meat quality of Arbor Acre( AA) broilers. A total of 275 healthy one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 11 broilers per replicate.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the others were fed the basal diet supplemented with10,50,250 and 1 250 mg/kg Puerarin flavonoids,respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 42 days. The results show ed as follow s: 1) compared with the control group,the average daily gain( ADG) of AA broilers in10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly increased during 8 to 14,15 to 21 and 29 to 35 days of age( P0.05),but the ADG in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly decreased during 22 to 28 days of age( P〈0.05). The ADG of AA broilers in 250 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly higher than that in the control group during 8 to 14 days of age( P〈0.05). Compared with the control group,the ratio of feed to gain( F/G) of AA broilers in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly decreased during 15 to 21,29 to 35 and 36 to 42 days of age( P〈0.05),but the F/G in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly increased during 22 to 28 days of age( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the average daily feed intake( ADFI) of AA broilers among all groups( P〈0. 05). 2) Compared with the control group,the lightness( L*) value of breast and leg muscle of AA broilers in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly decreased( P〈0.05),and the redness( a*) value in 10 mg/kg supplemental group had a raising trend( P〈0.05). The lightness value of leg muscle in 250 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly low er than that in the control group( P〈0.05).
