摘　　要：随着"互联网+"的提出,"互联网+物流"这一模式走入人们的生活,对传统物流所存在的问题进行了大幅度改进。为了了解"互联网+"为物流发展所带来的影响,文章采用文献研究的方式对"互联网+物流"模式的创新点、发展趋势等问题进行了研究,并根据现状深入思考,提出此模式下物流行业可能出现的问题,希望可以给相关工作人员一些有价值的参考。With the suggestion of ＂ internet＋＂, the model of internet＋logistics is slowly walking into our life. In order to understand the impacts from ＂internet＋＂ of logistics development. this article adopts the way of literature researeh to explore the innovation points and the tendency of development of ＂internet＋＂ combined logistics, and according to current situation, this article suggests some problems that may arise, and hopes to give the relevant staff some valuable information.
