摘　　要：工商企业内物资过多或过少都不利于企业的发展,因此寻找一个恰当的定货批量对企业库存降低成本非常重要。从本世纪初美国哈里斯(F.W.Harris)于1915年提出了著名的经济订货批量公式,到1934年威尔逊(Wilson)重新得到这一模型,才引起人们的注意并作为一种确定最佳定货定额方法得以广泛使用。文章探讨了EOQ摸型的推导过程与在企业实际订货过程中的应用研究,经济定货批量模型修正和扩展应用,经济定货批量模型的敏感性分析等,由此研究经济定货批量在企业库存运作中的应用。Industrial and commercial enterprises within the material too little or too much is not good with the development of the enterprise, so looking for a proper quantity is very important for enterprise cost reduction. In the United States. at the beginning of the century, Harris （F.W.Harris） in 1915 proposed the economic order quantity, which is famous, by 1934, Wilson to get this model again, to arouse people＇s attention and, as a kind of method is used to determine the best order norm are, widely used. Tiffs article discusses the derivation of EOQ touch type and application in the enterprise actual order process research, economic order quantity model modification and extension application, the sensitivity of the economic order quantity model analysis and so on, thus the EOQ, in the application of the enterprise inventory operation.
