摘　　要：铁路建设工程具有专业多、规模大、建设周期长等特点。采用EPC工程承包模式更需要加强项目管理。此文以工程进度计划管理为研究对象,在分析影响建设进度计划关键因素的基础上,提出分级进行计划进度管理的方法,并对关键线路上的关键工作进行管理与控制,保证计划进度的实现及工程的按时竣工开通。The characteristics of railway construction project is involving a number of specialty,large construction scale,long construction period and so on. The use of EPC project contracting model is more need to strengthen project management. Taking the project schedule management as the research object in this paper,the hierarchical management of project schedule is proposed based on the analysis of the key factors affecting the construction schedule. And the critical work on key lines are managed and controlled to ensure the implementation of the project schedule and the completion of the project on time.
