美国文化渗透对苏联解体的推动及其启示

摘　　要：对于苏联解体的原因,学界一直众说纷纭。但可以确定的是,苏联解体是多种因素共同作用的结果,不同的学科从自身的视角出发,都能给出解释。从跨文化传播的视角出发对历史事实加以考察,不难发现,美国的文化渗透是推动苏联解体的重要因素。苏联社会的西化思想有着深刻的历史根源,而美国文化天生具有作为渗透工具的优势,加上美国政府高超的文化渗透技巧,使得美国的文化渗透起到了显著的效果,成为推动苏联解体的一个重要因素。在冷战结束后美国仍然推行着文化渗透的政策,这应当引起警惕。For the reasons for the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the academic community has different opinions. But what is certain is that the collapse of the Soviet Union is a result of a variety of factors, which can be explained from the perspective of their own. From the perspective of intercultural communication, it is not difficuh to find out the historical fact, and it is not difficult to find that the American cultural infiltration is an important factor to promote the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Westernization thought of the Soviet society has a deep historical root, and American cuhure was born as a tool of infiltration, in addition, the U.S. government＇s superb cultural infiltration techniques make the culture of the United States penetrant present a significant effect, which has become an important factor to promote the disintegration of the Soviet Union. After the cold war, the United States continues to push the cultural penetration of the policy, which should cause vigilance.
