中美空军飞行学员医学选拔对照实证研究——血压异常

摘　　要：目的分析我军招飞医学选拔因血压异常而淘汰的学员参照美军标准的合格与淘汰情况,为我军招飞医学选拔标准中血压相关条款的修改提出合理建议。方法对2012—2015年参加招飞定选的学员进行血压测量,根据我军招飞标准决定其医学选拔结论,同时参照美军招飞医学选拔标准中血压的相关规定判定其是否合格。结果 2012—2015年血压异常淘汰率差异无统计学意义;4年间血压异常的分布情况差异有统计学意义,血压异常的亚型中,血压高超标的构成比最大;我军血压异常不合格参照美军标准合格的学员有4.22%,95.78%结果未知。结论我军和美军招飞医学选拔标准中关于血压异常的条款具有一定差异,我们在修订我军标准时可以适当借鉴美军标准。Objective To determine whether candidates who were disqualified for abnormal blood pressure in PLA Air Force medical selection of f lying cadets are qualified or not according to US Air Force Medical Standards Directory, and to raise suggestions on revising PLAAF medical selection standards of flying cadets. Methods All candidates participating in the final stage of medical selection of flying cadets had their blood pressure measured, and then judged as qualified or not according to both PLAAF medical selection standards and USAF Medical Standards Directory. Results There was no significant difference in the disqualification rate related to dysarteriotony between 2012 and 2015. Hypertension had the largest constituent ratio among all the subtypes of dysarteriotony. There was significant difference in constituent ratios between 2012 and 2015;4.22% of the candidates disqualified for having dysarteriotony in PLAAF were qualified when assessed by USAF Medical Standards Directory, and the outcome of the remaining 95.78% was unknown. Conclusion There is some difference in medical selection standards of flying cadets concerning blood pressure between PLAAF and USAF, and we can revise PLAAF standards using USAF standards for reference.
