摘  要:对新疆海岛棉主要育种目标性状进行多元分析与种质资源评价,旨在为海岛棉品种选育提供理论依据和优异亲本。相关分析表明,新疆海岛棉主要育种目标性状之间存在显著或极显著的相关性。主成分分析表明,前9个主成分累计贡献率达87.966%,前3个主成分主要凝聚的生物学信息是品质和产量因子;根据新疆海岛棉各种质基于育种目标性状的综合主成分值,评选出9份综合性状优良的种质资源;并对综合主成分值排名前50的材料,基于前3个主成分值进行二维排序分析,评选出13份品质性状优良种质,11份品质、产量均占优的种质。基于主成分聚类分析表明,在欧式距离为5时,130份资源被聚为六个类群,其中92.308%的种质均聚在了第Ⅰ大类群,品系07NH-68和11-616分别被单独聚在第Ⅴ和Ⅵ类群。上述结果表明,基于育种目标性状主成分聚类群中的新疆海岛棉种质资源分布较为集中,新疆海岛棉在长期以来的育种过程中所追求的育种目标性状较单一和相似;主成分分析和二维排序分析2种方法综合应用可以更好地评价出新疆海岛棉优良种质资源,为新疆海岛棉品种遗传改良中种质的有效利用提供科学客观的依据。In order to provide a theoretical basis for G. barbadense breeding and excellent parents, the multivariate analysis on major breeding targeted-traits and evaluation on gcrmplasm resources of G. barbadense bred in Xinjiang were conducted. Correlation analysis showed that there were significant or extremely significant correlation between some of the breeding targeted-traits of G. barbadertse bred in Xinjiang. Principal component analysis indicated that cumulative contribution rate of the first nine principal component was 87. 966 %, biological information of the first three principal component was fiber quality and yield factor. According to comprehensive principal component value of each gcrmplasm based on breeding targeted-traits of G. barbadense bred in Xinjiang, nine germplasm resources which possessed superior integrated traits were selected out. A two-dimensional sorting analysis was performed based on the first three principal component values, using compre- hensive principal component values of the top 50. Moreover, 13 germplasm resources of elite fiber quality as well as 11 germplasm resources of excellent fiber quality and yield were selected out. Cluster analysis based on the principal component showed that euclidean distance was 5, 130 germplasm resources are divided into six category groups, of which 92. 308 % germplasm resources were gathered in group I , two lines, 0"/NH-68 and 11-616, were rspoctively clustered in group Ⅴ and Ⅳ. These results indicated that the distribution of G. barbadense bred in Xinjiang from clustering groups was relatively concentrated and the breeding targeted-traits which has long been in pursuit of were similar and single. Integrated application of principal component analysis and two-dimensional sorting analysis could better evaluate the excellent G. barbadense germplasm resources bred in Xinjiang, which would provide scientific and objective basis for efficiently using germplasm resources of G. barbadense bred in Xinjiang to achieve improvement breeding.
